What to include

• Your signature (physical or electronic).
• The copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The URL or description of the material on CaribTutor.
• Your name, mailing address, phone, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

Counter-notice

If we remove material and you believe that was a mistake, email a counter-notice to the same address. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.
